Visited a Black-owned farm & farmers market in search of healthy food in America

Trying to eat healthy is EXHAUSTING. And today I'm starting a
series to show you why.

I'm on the hunt for REAL organic food - actual farm-fresh meat
and produce that isn't processed or fake. And it's way harder
than it should be.

💭 THE PROBLEM:

Everyone says "just eat organic" or "shop local" or "go to
farmers markets." But it's not that simple.

- Farms aren't always raising their own animals
- "Farm fresh" doesn't always mean what you think
- Farmers markets have resellers selling grocery store produce
- The American food system makes it HARD to find real food

This series is me documenting the REAL journey of trying to
eat better. The disappointments, the discoveries, all of it.
